Prices for Our Services

Here you can find prices based on your property portfolio and our various services.

For access to our RiskMap tool, which gives you unlimited access and helps you manage climate risks, there is an annual subscription as well as a setup fee per property, with prices adjusted according to the number of properties in the portfolio.

When purchasing a climate risk report for the entire portfolio, a cost per property is added and included in the report, with the possibility of a discount for longer contract periods.

Transition analyses are also offered for the entire property portfolio, and pricing is based on the number of properties to be analyzed.

In-depth climate risk analysis is charged per hour according to the quote, as are our services in climate adaptation and sustainability work, where we assist in developing policies, procedures, and sustainability reporting.
